You might be surprised LCI is really pretty good. They have helped me out, but nothing like your problem. Did you use a hand pump or power pump? They seem to me that they just grease the bearing and do not fill the whole chamber. I know I pumped in almost 2 tubes of grease when I got the unit. I think Herk told me about it on this forum. Good luck, that should not happen at all. Glad you found it and your safe.

I used a hand pump. Have you pulled the hubs since? I also used about 2 tubes to fill the chambers until I started getting new grease. I won't trust this again. I haven't heard from LCI.

Yes all 4 hubs have been pulled and breaks also adjusted I do not have that leak at all my axles are Alco not dexter. By the way the Alco are made I can't even see how that could happen being sealed with a tube that is like a W which lubes the wheel bearing. This is not the first time I have heard of it through. I use a different color grease every time then I know when I see the new color I have it full. I did have to install new zerk fittings being that 2 would not accept grease at all. I buy tractor grease with the same specs but 400 degree melting point. I hope LCI steps up for you and once again I'm glad your all right......
