2012 LaCrosse 318BHS Problem w/Delamination

Not a Happy Camper!! We have a bubble about the size of your hand or a little bigger that just popped up on the exterior wall of the couch slideout, under the emergency escape window. This window has never been opened either! I was told to call PT customer service to see what they would say. And their reply was "There is nothing we can do about this because you are out of warranty" And only 1 year out of warranty that is! Well what really irritates me is this is something that we had no control over and RV is only 2 yrs old and we are already having these problems.. What next? Just to add, I called my dealer to see what they said and their reply was the same as PT's. But they told me that this does happen but all they could suggest is taking it to a fiberglass repair shop and fix it.. but then I would have to buy another graphics for that side because the bubble is in the middle of the graphics. I just believe that as much as we pay for these RV's they should last a little longer than 2 years before we start having major problems like this!!
