2012 Prime Time Tracer 2670BHS Delamination!

I noticed this summer spots of delamination on our 2012 Tracer 2670BHS. They look to be about quarter to half dollar size spots of delamination in the middle of the outside walls, just in random areas. There are probably 8-10 areas like this. I really don't think this is water damage since these spots are nowhere near any seams or anything where water could penetrate. Has anyone else noticed this type of delamination on their Tracer's?? Really disappointing considering it's only a 4 year old trailer and has been maintained meticulously...

Had a 2013 Prime Time Tracer 2670BHS. Had problems with it but no delam. Maybe primetime could be of some help?

99.9% of delam is from water intrusion and you can have delam at any part of a wall

Check and reseal all possible areas. I had delam from water getting into brake lights. I now caulk my lights regularly to ensure a good seal.

Next, drill a small hole in the areas during dry weather to allow moisture to evaporate.

Next go here: RV Delamination Repair Composet Products L.L.C. and use this product to fix your problem areas.

Good luck!
