Hello, we are looking to possibly purchase one of these. I saw that there was a soft floor problem around the island in the 2016 models, due to lack of framing under the floor.
Was this just for the 2016s? Or is this a general problem for a period of years?

My opinion: The soft floor problem is because according to the spec sheet they only used 3/8" plywood for the subfloor. Probably to save weight. I wish they would have used 1/2", because I think it detracts from the quality of the unit. .
