It's turning white because the colored gel-coat is fading. The only real cure for this is to have it painted and replace the decals. You can polish it out but it will keep coming back every couple of months.

I agree. Reach out to Rick and he will send you to your dealer so they can fix under warranty.

Email Rick is the only way I can get him to respond. I did hear he is operating as a one man band currently due to some retiring. He usually emails me back pretty quick but I have heard he's buried in work at the moment. If yours is a 2015 there should be no issues

Our Crusader is going in next month to get painted. We have had ours for 2 years, it's covered.

Angry Fade issue

Had the same thing happen my 2013 crusader. I contacted Rick about this and he told me there is a 30 month warranty on the nose but it starts from the manufactured date. Mine started showing up June of 2015 when I contacted him. At that time I thought I would be 18 months old but was told I was 12 months beyond warranty so no help approved. Doing the math my 2013 must have been built sometime late 2011 to early 2012. For your sake maybe some math classes were taken since .

I had the same fading starting from the top that actually noticed while picking it up from dealer after having some work done. Was about 14 months old at time. Dealer took pics and handled the warranty with no fuss. They got decals in and called me when the body shop was ready. When I asked about what if it happens again was told the body shop warranties the paint job for as long as I own the trailer against fading, peeling, or any problem. Was also told Prime Time had extended warranty to 30 months

30 months from manufacture date not purchase date - check sticker on side of unit for manufacture date

Curious where Steven 379 is located. Like what I'm reading about your results.

Definitely needs painting, since it's a gelcoat (on the fiberglass) issue, and won't stop once it starts. Common on lots of boats as well. Seems more of a problem as colors get darker, and it sure shows more on dark vs pure whilte.
Question them about what paint the intend to apply, some are not as good as others. I'd suggest an automotive paint for durability,, but am not experienced on painting fiberglass

Bought a 2016 295rst in August. Currently under cover for the winter. Any advice on wax or similar that may help with this issue? Nu-finish wax?

Let it fade if it's not painted. If the factory is painting them get it done. No amount of wax or polish will prevent the fading. best just to let it fade, get it painted and be done with it...It's possible the 2016 models are painted from the factory...Most everyone else is now painting them..

I'm located in east Texas but bought from Southern RV in Shreveport La. They painted it with base coat clear coat and it looks great now. I would defiantly ask about what warranty the paint/repair will have.
