2015 Sanibel 3050

We are purchasing the 2015 Prime Time Sanibel 3050 and want to know if anyone else owns one or one of the Sanibels.
I would like to know if owners of them are satisfied or if there are any common problems associated with these models or brand.

I am on my second Prime Time product in 2 years. My first unit had nothing wrong that was worth dragging it back to the dealer.

My second unit (our new Crusader) has been to the shop once because the auto level jacks quit working. The repairs were made to my satisfaction with no hassle about the warranty. I will be taking the unit back to the shop for some very minor work that I do not feel comfortable doing because it involves removing the heater.

As long as you don't get a lemon (which ALL manuf.'s occasionally spit one out) you will be fine.

Don't sign any papers until you do your PDI and everything is fixed to your satisfaction.

When you do your PDI be sure and go thru everything with a fine tooth comb. Open every door, hinge, latch etc. Operate every system, if it runs on gas and electric then run it on both. Operate all of the jacks, the awning, all lights.

Congrats to you guys, we love our new Prime Time.

We own a 2014 Sanibel 3501 and overall, we really like this trailer! However, since taking possesion of our unit, we've discovered an upper deck or pin box flex issue and are actively in discussions with Prime Time Mfg and our local dealership to have this repaired correctly. While other Sanibel owners were successful in having their units returned to the manufacture for structural repairs, regrettably to date Prime Time is not supporting us! For more info on this topic, I would refer you to the thread found on this website.

First of all thanks for the responses
We took possession of our 3050 on Friday and drove 4 hours to camping site. We have started our list of things wrong and to be fixed, most all are minor. The only large problem is a broken bracket, which caused the propane line to rub on a tire and be cut in half, resulting in emptying both 30 lbs tanks in our 4 hour drive. I contacted dealer and have made arrangements to fix this and the other problems as soon as we return from Thanksgiving camping trip.
