Apparently Prime Time use to install Lane furniture but changed in 2016. I took to dealer and are waiting to hear back from manufacture to see what can be done about the couch.

I took mine in for the couch and the dealer said there is a fabric flap that is suppose to be folded over the brackets so before you put the bed back you have to make sure of that, I say BS they are junk couches.

You are correct about the BS and junk. Those flaps are along the side and not all the way in the back. Ours were tore when we brought ours home we never opened the bed.

The vent with fan in the kitchen area was electric versus manual in the 2015. You would need a step stool to open and turn the fan on/off. The 2016 has a black tank flush system and the 2015 did not. The 2016 has the extreme arctic package and the 2015 does not. We don't plan any cold weather camping but felt the extra insulation would help keeping the coach cooler in warm climate.

My kitchen sink is a double stainless steel. My vent fan in the kitchen is electric, two switches one to raise and lower the cover and the other to turn on and off the fan. I also have a black tank flush.

I picked up my 2016 370 bhq about 3 weeks ago and already the bunk bed bracket ripped off the cheap thin walls, the fan in the bathroom will only work if the awning lights are on, the step light never worked, and many items were installed crooked.
So far I am not impressed with the quality of prime time, it seems they are more concerned with speed of assembly rather than a good job

new 322RES

We are happy with our 2016 322RES thus far. It has many nice features - black water flush, dual gray water tanks, auto leveler, cold weather package, electric fireplace, LED lighting, and 50amp electrical. We did put some some small towels in the area of the sofa bed where abrasion occurs. Sink and counter top are residential quality.
