2016 Sanibel 3601 - Manually Extend/Retract Bedroom Slide Out?

Is there a way to manually extend/retract the bedroom slide out?

This only way to operate the slide manually is per the mfr directions here is a link to the document
As you can see this is not real simple.

If it is a Schwintek unit (likely), there is a simple electronic over-ride. Do you have power? Does the room do anything?
