Im no expert, but I cant help but think if this is from a flexing frame there would also be other signs. Think I would be looking at the exterior corners and other places as well on the camper.
If nothing else is found I would think its unlikely a flexing frame.
Just driving these unit down the road can bounce the heck out of them.
This could just be poor workmanship, not a stranger to the rv industry.
