In your post, you say that there are "Things that may need fixed are not covered by the FR year 2 warranty."

I guess what I am asking you is what specific items should have been included that were not?

Okay...looked at the list.....
Things like motor to power stablizer jacks, power tongue jacks, slideout seals, cabinet hardware not just frames and fatia, slam latches and outside doors, black tank flush, linoleum, carpet (not just subfloor), gas lines and hookups, faucets, sinks, shower backsplash, form says awning but not motor..is it covered on a power awning?; black and grey water tanks and hardware; the list goes on...basically everything that is covered in year one...
