Just bough a crusader last month which is made By prime time as well. My fireplace remote was included in a box of all the mfg manuals sent from factory with the RV. All remote for tv, DVD player, sound bar, fireplace, etc... May be in there or else I would say they forgot to include it. With a new RV I would voice my concerns and get one. Good luck
They say they quit putting remotes with the units because people were complaining that it was changing channels and volume on the TV
It's possible. I have heard some talk about that on the forum here. Maybe that was there fix, just not include it anymore and use the controls on the front of the fireplace manually. If you really want it, take the mfg and model number and seek the mfg out. I'm sure they will send you one for a price of course.
