3150BHD Slideout & MicroLite Gauges

Hello, We purchased our 2012 tracer 3150bhd used on May4th and are in the process of going over and fixing the camper. We noticed that the bunk slide the edges of the floor on the outside have some water damage on the edges and it looks the water is running down the slide wall and into the edge of the wood (pic). I don't see or feel any damage inside but I know if this goes on it will really damage the floor, Did anyone address this issue, I am thinking of removing the trim and using Eternal bond tape over the edge and then putting the trim back on and sealing with Dicor.
My MicroLite gauges in the bathroom for the tanks doesn't work, The tanks Grey, Black, Fresh don't do anything no lights, The battery button will work if you keep pushing it 5 or more times but that is the only button that works. The water pump switch works fine so im not sure what is going on, I have ordered a new circuit board and will try replacing it to see if that works but if it doesn't I cant think of what would cause just the tanks to not work, I also ordered a new complete MicroLite panel but that one has a different circuit board with more pins and will need to be wired in, The owner said he was told to not worry about it because there junk and not worth fixing but I would like to fix it since it was a never a issue in my Terry Camper.

Any Help, ideas or suggestions would be appreciated
