315rst kitchen question

Looking at this unit which has nice pantry but concerned with lack of counter space for coffee pot and toaster oven. Wondering what others do? Maybe should consider 325res or 294rlt but like 315. Suggestions?

They both have their compromises. I preferred the 315 for the larger bed and shower while she preferred the kitchen set up in the 294 with the extra window you loose on the curb side of the 315. So we own a 294 with counter space but with a Hobbit bed where my feet hang off. Just decide on your comprise is my advice.

You could find a place to install a counter top extension, see link:RV Kitchen Counter Extension | ModMyRV

We don't use our stove much so I built this to supplement the countertop space.

Thanks

Thanks for the suggestions. We would also like to look at the 294 but don't see anything available in that model around Texas. I hope Prime Time is not discontinuing! Agree 294 has better light and kitchen!

294 seems to have replaced the 290 which I own. 2015 is it's first year.

You should be able to find one.

We could not find one in Texas either so drove to Jamatt RV in OK. I got the last 2015 they had on the lot but they have more coming. They are a little closer to Dallas than you are. The folks at southern rv in Tyler are nearer and they will have some coming.

Still looking for the 294. Have sent southern rv an e-mail to see when they expect one in. We have looked at many others including a keystone cougar but not as confident with their construction. Hope we get a 294 in Texas/Louisiana soon! Sent an e-mail to Primetime twice asking about 294 and never received an answer!

Check with Bayou Outdoor Super Center in Bossier City, LA

That's our dealer and they are fantastic! I checked their website and didn't see the 294, but you can call them to see if they have one coming in soon.

Jamatt rv in OK has one. We faced the same problem. Looked at a 295 here locally that is pretty close to get a feel for the quality, overall size, and the made a deal over email with a deposit pending final onsite inspection with Chad. That was the only way we could be in the road this summer... Good luck with your search in Texas as I kept coming up empty.
