318 BHS Power Jacks

2012 318 BHS the power stabilizer jacks as well as the tongue jack are electric and the other day they acted like they didnt want to work they moved but soon as they contacted the ground that was it nothing just quit usually they will lift a little bit and stabalize this is on generator power and as well as just battery power just started doing this. Anybody have this problem with theres.

The easy answer is low voltage but our guys can give you a couple of trouble shooting suggestions. Sorry for the problem.
