320 RLT slam baggage door bowed out

We just noticed that one of the slam baggage door was bowed out on our new Crusader that we picked up Monday March 21st.
Last night we noticed a little bit of a water in the tray and after investigating further found that the door was bowed.

What should we do about this?

I just sent something on contact us, but I sent something on Tuesday and never heard anything so hopefully this time I will hear something from them. Tuesday's question wasn't really any big deal.

Unfortunately the "contact us" from the PT website has never worked for me, not sure if it was down the couple times I tried it. You can always call the number on the website during business hours and ask to speak with Brandon.

I asked a question there on a sunday night and Chris Harmon emailed back within 10 minutes from his Blackberry at his house. Wonder what's up?

If I don't hear anything by mid-morning I will call them. I don't think that the door should be bowed like that!

BC - the door should not be bowed like that. Try the email on the web site again. I just sent one and it went thru instantly. Here's the link to the page:

I just tried it again but I didn't have the VIN number with me. Hopefully someone will get it. I called Brandon and left a message earlier today but haven't heard anything.

It looks like someone slammed the door on something laying in the doorway. If no one else has had access to the camper, it must have come that way. Funny you didn't notice it when you picked it up, looks pretty obvious.

We just brought the 5th wheel home on Monday and there hasn't been anything in the basement at all or anything in the doorway so yes it came that way!

It looks like your door was forced against something that was inside the compartment. . The other cause could be that the door was forced closed with the latch in the locking position. A new door and a new door insert will be needed under the warranty claim.

Brandon called yesterday and he is shipping out a new door. Another testament of the great customer service Primetime has. Thanks for your help!
