The only thing I can do is "Hang" the little things we can deal with but when your in here for 24/7 the things you need are for real and the "black tank" and the circuit breaker is a real issue, plus we work at a park and it's hard to just unhook and go to the dealer and hope the can fit you in and get the work done,

The other day they posted on their facebook page that they had a power outage and the whole block was down, so their not able to deal with customers who have used their contact page. I imagine things are backed up a little, so keep trying. I'm sure they'll get back to you before too long.

P.S. I checked the facebook page. They had power restored about 8 am this morning

A big "Thank You" & a Well done to Jeff at Prime Time for helping us with our issues on the trailer we all seem to be on the same page about what needs to be looked after. We love our 303 and we plan on being in here for along time and it's good to know you have someone there to help you out when things go wrong. Way to go Prime Time.

I think some of the dealers aren't use to the service Prime Time provides. Sometimes we have to "connect the dots" for them.

Glad to hear things are getting worked out for you.

Up date

Still having breaker issues all weekend with the 30 amp main, did turn off the W/heater and mirowave and was able to watch TV with the A/C on but with the Frig, W/heater, TV and AC it's a no go. Hopeing when the service guys come back they'll have what I need. The weather is hitting the 90's here and no rain in site... Will keep you all posted

You need to put an "amp-clamp" on the wires going into your main breaker to see if you have an issue that may be tripping the breaker. You may have an intermittent ground or a bad device that is causing the breaker to trip. A 30 amp rated breaker should not trip until 37.5 amps of actual current. An ammeter or amp-clamp would tell you actual current draw. If you have a buddy near by with some electrical knowledge would be great.

THANKS...but if we get all the bugs worked out we're gonna to head to Fla. in Oct. We did messure the voltage at the service and the amp draw there too, all seems to be ok, we're at the same site/space we spend all last summer in the other trailer,no trouble there. I don't want to get into the trailer box because of some warranty issue. Maybe the service people show up this week and get us on the road to recovery.

Hope your not running into what I am. I've been waiting on parts for almost a month. Last Friday Brandon York checked his computer and my dealer hasn't ordered any yet!
I talked with the service manager and my salesman Tuesday and they're suppose to get it done. We'll see.

Gary this is one of those things that put us at there mercy, we report and they sit back and wait, I got Jeff on the case and all items were approved and sent but the dealer is waiting until all items get in to come out....they only have a crew on Tue. to work all calls...go figure. The power trouble is my number one and I put up with that daily the rest is just things that there QA (quality assureance) slip by.

I don't think it matters what trailer you buy there will always be problems. I picked PT because I liked the way they constructed and tested their trailers. I'm still satisfied when it comes that. After having one that leaked and delaminated in the first year, I really appreciate a trailer or at least one that I feel has been basically constructed and tested better than most in it's price range.
These small issues are frustrating but they don't keep me from camping. PT does seem to be doing all they can to help, but like you said I'm at the mercy of my dealer's service department right now. There are some things I was able to do myself and PT had no problem sending the parts I needed directly to me.
Your power trouble does need to be handled ASAP. That is one I would be concerned about as well. Good luck and I hope by next Tuesday things will be made right for you.

4. One cabinet door warped (about 3/4 in. athe the bottom
Last but not least!!!!
5. 30 amp main has tripped 4 or 5 times at the same camp site the old trailer was at with the same things on....only difference is the A/C is 15k vis 13k..?
Service tech due out tomorrow will let you know how it goes....all inputs are welcome and needed.
1. Leo the service guy put the the new breaker in but with 68 degrees out the A/C and the rest of the elect. stuff wasn't working as hard as it does at 90,time will tell.
2. Keyless entry still a no go, took the door apart twice and the second time replaced all the workings for the door and still a no go. The windows been out twice so guess it will leak the next good rain?
3. Still no awing?(parts sent by Prime Time I'm told but the crew said it was damaged ?
4. Put on a new cabinet door.(good)
5. Put new screw in the frig door.(good)
Still a few things but maybe it will get worked out before the warranty runs out.

How bad was your awning bowing. I have a 20ft awning as well which as a little bow to it but I just figured it was the long span.

I have two bolts on each side. Of course both sides are connected really making it one unit with 2 stabilizers.

Glad to see they're whittling away at your list.
