I'm interested in the mod as well I would like to watch directv in bedroom and outside not concerned about separate boxes one will be fine on the back TV and ill watch the same shows on the others

Once I try it out, I'll post an update. not a mod really, just trying to convert the signal and pump it out through the existing wiring.

I added a RF Convertor to the A/V output of my Sat receiver and fed the coax output to the modifed wall-plate (the 12V powered one) and I got the Sat programs at the bedroom TV.

However, I had to unplug the Sat Rec HDMI cable to the main TV before the A/V output would work. I haven't pursued this to see if I can get the Sat programs at both TV's, but if I only wanted to watch DVDs on the bedroom TV I'd just use the A/V cables (R,W,Y) from the Jensen Radio/DVD.

I really need to finish writing the document on how I did the mods, etc and post it.
