another satellite hookup question

Anybody out there with a crusader use a tailgater with the factory sat wiring in the trailer? Just bought a tailgater and hooked to up to the sat in connection. Ran coax from sat box inside next to its connection and no tv. Ran the coax thru the window and perfect picture. Checked the coax behind the outside connection and it is hooked up ( orange coax). Any ideas out there. This is on a 2013 295RST.

Check the color of the inside coax. On my Sanibel they had swapped Sat & Cable. The Cable-In goes to the back of the antenna booster control (in case you didn't know).

If that doesn't solve it, look inside the fittings on each end of the orange cable. One (or both) of them are probably messed up.

That's next on my list but as usual they make it pretty hard to access the inside coax box. Will check and see. Thanks for the input.
