The keypad has given a few of us some problems. I took mine back to my dealer and they replaced everything under warranty. That was last summer and it's worked great since then. I keep a set of tt keys in my truck and use the keypad.
Our experience is just like grhodes - it did not work past my first day of ownership, so the dealer replaced it, and it has lasted through over 40 nights. I think it is great, but I never go anywhere without the key, just in case.
