Avenger Heated Underbelly

Recently purchased a 2014 Avenger 27BBS. It boasts as having an "enclosed and heated underbelly and heated holding tanks". My question is are these heated by the furnace ductwork or electrical? I only recall the dealer telling me that the trailer was not considered a 4 season trailer. The reason I ask is that the trailer is on shore power at home at all times and if I could avoid the normal hassel of winterizing in this southern Tennessee climate it would be great.

Both furnace and electrical.

Sorry but I doubt electrical. There is one duct from the propane furnace dropped into the space where the tanks are.
