Economical Chocks

Yes, I just purchased some threaded rod with nuts and washers and used some 4x4 that I had from gardening edging. Total cost approx $16.00.

x-Chocks Extended

Mrs. Wildwood and the saplings bougth me an early Fathers Day present, a pair of X-Chocks Extended for the LaCrosse. She ordered them last Monday from AdventureRV.net for just under $150 delivered to the door today. I guess if there is anything else I need for the LaCrosse I will just say I need it and wait for her to order. (HaHa as if that would work every time). Going on a 2 week trip the end of June and will try them out then and give report on how they did.

I have them and use them every try. They are great and you will be happy with them. Just make sure u level the rv first before you lock those in. I have a pair of the 4 dollar plastic ones I use while leveling...once I'm level I lock in the x- chicks, remove the yellow checks, and put the stabilizer jacks now....solid as a rock every time...enjoy your trip

X chocks or anything else help with for and aft movement.
But like our 5er all the beds are sideways and side to side movement was horrible. That's where stabilizing bars shine.
I do not use x chocks or anything of the like.
4x4 between tires is all that's needed
