Being proactive....

I have noticed some older trailers with high gloss white finish but filon doors have developed a mismatch in colors over time. It appears that the filon doors will discolor before the high gloss. I have a Touring Edition with high gloss Polydet HG fiberglass. I believe that the discoloration may be due to oxidation. What do you do to avoid this issue? Do you think waxing or polishing will avoid this later in ownership? This may be one advantage of the Champagne Edition......

Haven't thought about the Champange Edition, but you might be right.

I've been using Protect All on mine. I've had it for 20 months and I haven't noticed any discoloration. Maybe I haven't owned it long enough.

It seems to start 4-6 years into ownership. I too have been using either Protectall or Liquid Ice by Turtle Wax.

mine is only about 4 months old (to ME, as im sure it sat on dealers lot for a while), and i plan on a scrubdown and wax after the last outing (whenever that is, since im in west texas and it may be camping weather untill november OR LATER)....

so how long does it take you to wax that beast?? how many bottles of wax?
