Took my tv to my dealer because it only worked on DVD but before I get to my frustration none of my televisions would work. Found the DMARK location by removing a panel under the bed and found it worked so I took out from the wall the antenna RF amp cable switch. I used a cable coupler and checked each home run cable and found all my televisions worked except the tv that came with the trailer. I had to replace the splitter with barely enough Room to get my fingers in. Here's my criticism.LEAVE A LITTLE BIT OF EXTRA CABLE so it would be easier to replace. I had to tie all the wires with string so if the fell behind the finished wall I could retrieve them. Brand new trailer and now told it could take up to a month to get another tv that works hence my frustration. There has to be a better way to deal with this and the only reason I did not haul it back to the dealer is because I have a permanent spot were it stays. By the way it's a lacrosse 318 bhs.

This posting surprises me. It certainly is not consistent with my experiences with Prime Time's customer service.

I wonder if the OP is working strictly through his dealer?

Like padave65, I would be surprised if he contacted Prime Time directly and this was the result.

Sorry, I will make this clearer. It's Travel Land where we purchased the trailer and that's giving us the run around. We are very happy with the trailer and with primetime customer service because any issue that we have had ,like the keyless entry instructions were sent the next day. This is an issue with the dealer. The 3 way splitter in the wall is the only criticism I have with the manufacturer and thought they could have done a better job testing the AV equipment before sending the unit. I don't know if there's a problem between primetime and travel land? I contacted prime time's customer service today and will see what happens.

Good feedback on the lack of additional wire. We will investigate that ASAP and improve. Thanks.

PS - Drmstx - How did you contact Prime Time? Not finding any requests that look similar?

There's some good news regarding our television. We emailed the GM of our dealer and within 20 minutes we received a phone call from our Sales rep. He got our email and agreed with us that there should be a better alternative. We heard from them today and they have managed to a get us another tv. My wife is now happy because her mother is coming this Thursday and staying in the trailer and she likes to watch tv

Glad to see you got things worked out.

Good luck and happy camping!

P.S. Let the MIL stay in the house. You take the trailer to the campground!
