"Brown Fade"

I called the support team of Prime Time, Roger Stickel and Rick Koelndorfer and the facebook monitor Karen Neemes who took my post down about the "Brown Fade". I also called corporate of Prime Time and was told my trailer was too old. I want to let all know that when you buy a Prime Time with your hard earned money that all they care about is the sale. Those of you who have the "Brown Fade" on your trailers know that Prime Time has known about the problem for some time and are now painting trailers that are less then two years old and the rest of us with older trailers are out of luck. By the way, my Crusader is a 2012. Some people on other web pages ask if they should buy a Prime Time and my reply is "Absolutely Not"
Sometimes you just have enough of companies who want to make you think their product is a step above the rest but in reality they are no better then the others.
Ok rant over.... "

Seems like many brands have the same problem. Some seem to care and others don't care. Maybe they all should go back to plain jane white until they can make a decent colored cap.

Take it to a Rally

I would suggest going to a Forest River Rally. I did this past August and was totally surprised the amount of "cap" authorizations that were had. Prime Time will stand behind their product, especially when they have Father Forest River watching over.

Have to disagree Fred. I've been going around with these people for some time. Their web page even has a phone number if your not satisfied with the support personal that I called. The person on the other end must not get out of his office because he said he wasn't aware of such problem. As far as going to their rallies, there is no such thing down here in the south.
I have even gone to Prime Time's facebook page, they let me post and answered my post and then I guess they decided to give no help and post of conversation disappeared.

Social Media or this forum is no place to vent a problem and expect a response. A nicely worded email following up with a phone call might result in attention required. In our case it did and we received the repair we needed, subsequent email resulted in a discount to buy a new FR trailer after a year of problems in the first year. Document when you contacted your dealer, first noticed the fade and where you store the trailer etc.

Well it's official, Prime Time doesn't plan on doing diddly squat to help me with the faded cap. Not finacially at least, but they would give me moral support...WoooooHooooo!!!!!!
