Try again, Photogirl. With a name like yours, you should have this process in the bag.

My Crusader is at the factory having what I believe is a similar issue taken care of. I had the bubble in the gelcoat looked at by a Prime Time rep at the Rally in Goshen. He determined it was delamination and would need replacement of the slide out wall. My advice would be to contact Prime Time and ask how to proceed. I have found Prime Time excellent to deal with.

Can I ask why you would accept it like that?

In my case it wasn't apparent when we accepted delivery.

Try this for posting a picture from your computer's hard drive to the post ...

Go Advanced.
Click on the Attachments icon above (paper clip) or scroll down to the Manage Attachments button below your message screen
Click "Browse" and find your picture.
Be sure that the photo is appropriately sized. 620 x 620 pixels (or smaller) and no more than 50K. Forums software will automatically reduce the size, but smaller size photos will upload much faster. You may select several photos to upload at the same time by repeating the last step.
Click "Upload"
Click "submit reply" to mount the text of your message - photos will automatically appear at the bottom of your post.

While at a dealer a few weeks ago I noticed a "bubble" on the sidewall of a Roo 23IKSS about the size of a baseball. I mentioned it to the salesman and said thats a nice touch on a brand new 2016 unit to which he threw his hands up. I went inside and lo and behold the bubble was directly behind one of the screws holding the ledger for the end of the dinette seating. Too long of a screw no doubt.

Curious to see your pictures.

Bubbles and delamination are very common. I had my kitchen slide out wall replaced last year and now my main kitchen and rear slide wall on other side of trailer are having those walls replaced for same bubbles. Was told the factory was using a bad batch of adhesive on trailers and all are slowly coming back to have replaced. Not happy but Forest River is standing behind the issue and getting it fixed. If you are one of the unlucky ones with any type of bubbles in fiberglass you need to immediately take photos and notify selling dealer plus proper warranty folks at Forest River. In my case it was Wildwood. Best of luck...

Slide Bubble

I have a toyhauler 28WP and the slideout has what looks to me like a bubble but I took it back to the dealer (had it almost a year and a half) but they said it was a "floating wall" and normal.

I had the same issue with my Solaire 201SS only it developed after the purchase. I sent photos to the dealer (RVW), they in turn sent the photos to Palomino as I'm in California. RVW contacted Palomino and arranged to have my trailer picked up at my house in Ca. and transported it back to the factory for repair then back to my house. No cost to me as the trailer was under warranty. The factory also repaired my "Punch list" of smaller repairs. I could not have been happer.

These are very common in the boating world, caused by contamination(moisture usually) when doing FG/gel coat. Very expensive repair as they shave off ;layers of the FG then it must be dried completely then a special sealer is applied then usually repainted. My worry is if there is one bad spot then maybe more ready to rear there ugly heads I think I would demand either a new trailer or or the affected wall be replaced

"Floating wall".....never heard of that one, new one on me. I'd be suspicious of that answer?
