Bulge in trailer! Is this the start of delamination

Cleaning my trailer I noticed a crease or a bulge above my center running light near the top that I don't remember seeing, has anyone see or have anything like this, also have what looks like stress cracks near the top, and Below my rear window in the corner I have a small bulge, but its not spongy, My last trailer did have delamination problems and I don't want to go through that again!

That looks like just a underlayment seam, but I am not sure. I can see something similar in a number of places on my trailer, and they haven't gotten any worse over the 4 years that we have owned the trailer.

I agree looks like a seam or a stud in the frame protruding a bit. does not look like delamination.....

This is 100% a seam area - the rear wall has two 4X8 sheets of 1/8" plywood underlayment with the seam running vertical in the middle of the wall. If you have additional concerns, it's always advisable to have your dealer take a look but this appears to be pretty normal.
