Carpet cleaning ?

What manufacter does Prime Time us on there 2011 303RK, can't find any markings any where but the book says to clean by manufacter's instruction!! Anyone have a better idea for cleaning carpet?

Don't see any reason you couldn't shampoo it just like your house carpet. Can't recall if it was here or another forum where folks where talking about it.

"high end" my fanny. The carpet in 99% of the RV's today's is manufactured to HUD minimum standards. Meaning it is about a 5 year warranty carpet grade. High end carpet today is going to cost about a hundred dollars a yard. Not something manufacturers are going to install in anything but a 500K luxury motor home.

I absolutely hate the carpeting in our TT and I can't wait for it to wear out so we can replace it with either laminate or vinyl. The only area I'm concerned with is the slide; how do you install on the slide floor to cover the transition between slide and TT floor?
