Changing Light bulbs

I have a 2014 Lacrosse and cannot figure out how to remove the bulks. In the lights over the sink and table I can't tell if they are threaded or bayonet. I am afraid I'll break it in my hand. Help please.

Push up and rotate counter clockwise, they are like and automotive 1157 type socket but they are a different number as the pins are lined up not offset. they are very tight and I was like you and thought it was going to shatter in my hand.
