Changing thermostat

I have a 2016 Primetime Tracer Air, and the Dometic thermostat is not very accurate. I bought an Ecobee 4 thermostat that is considered one of the best and is supposed to be compatible with the 4 wire Dometic. Has anyone else installed one or at the least where is the Dometic thermostat wires go to?

I'd rather have an analog. Are there any 2 zone analog thermostats out there that anybody knows of, that will run the two acs as well. I don't care if they're off a couple of degrees, I can adjust for that. But that digital piece of work with the stupid programming drives me nuts! I don't need or want it programmed. The temp outside are too variable. If I'm warm I'll turn the ac on. Cold I'll bump the heat. Is that too much to ask?

This thread may help you. He's using a Honeywell, but the wiring should be the same.
