Clear globe lights and mosquitos

Ok so I am at cherrystone campground trying out my new globe awning lights....attracting millions of Mosquitos...any ideas for solutions? Using clear gloves with 40w bulbs

I've been called SMART many times....but it's always followed by ASS for some reason!!

I read mosquitoes, as well as many other insects, can not see LED lights. They may not be as pretty but they will not attract the mosquitoes.

I've heard the same thing about bugs and LED lights too. I have an LED light over the entrance door, and so far so good for NOT attracting bugs.

Has anyone else had good experience with the LED or Amber colored lights not attracting bugs?

Interesting. I found this article that may "shed some light" on the subject (arrrgghhh!):
