countertop, fridge

Hi Everyone. we bought our new Lacrosse 327 res last september. This past weekend we used it for the 3rd time. The countertop scratches so easy, anyone else have this problem?
Also the fridge made a humming noise for a while over the weekend. I turned it off and back on and it quit. Then started again for a few minutes before stopping again. Any ideals???
Thanks

Same here with counter scratches. We just use a couple dish drying mats when doing dishes and/or making meals. Refrigerator noise is probably the cooling fans behind it. I can hear mine humming right now.
