Crusader 270RET Fold-Out Sofa

Finally got around to checking out the sofa bed in our coach. See now why it is so un-comfortable to sleep on. The head support end only has some straps running from the top to support your head. Something tells me there has to be a better way...First thought is a piece of plexiglass under the fabric that covers those straps. You would have to pull the staples from the top that holds the fabric down, lay in the plexiglass, then replace the fabric, then re-staple the fabric back down. Has anyone else come up with a fix for this problem....
