Thats the same issue I had, the motor brakes would not release when the power was disconnected. I was stuck on the road when this happened and discovered the fix by talking to a factory rep that just so happened to be at the dealership I purchased it from. Its a little heart wrenching pulling the gasket material from the camper to get to the motors, but that's what I had to do to get it back on the road.

Do you know what caused this? We have found several other people with similar issue. Did the dealer do your repair? What did they have to do?

The bottom track was our of line. They spoke to Prime Time and the dealer was told how to reinforce the track. I hadn't had any other issues with it. The dealer did tell me that there was another Crusader that reported the same issue when I picked up mine. He did tell me that Prime Time is now reinforcing the bedroom slide tracks that are coming off of the production line.
