Crusader 335BHS 13k AC unit??

Hi I was windering how the AC is in the 335BHS? I am considering one and am wondering if I should order the 2nd AC unit which is the 13k "Quiet Cool" , or is 1 15K unit enough?

Thanks in advance

Order the second. You will regret it later if you don't.

We do not have the second AC unit. We are in Florida and have used our new 335BHS 4 days over the last 2 weeks. The single AC kept the bunk house and the forward bedroom ice cold. The main living area was quite comfortable.

X2.
Get the 15k main, and the 13.5 second air.
Plus its alot cheaper to option it to begin with then to add later ( over $1000 usually to add later if already prepped for it, more if not prepped)

Get it. It is cheap and you know the old saying, better to have and not need than to need and not have!

our 15k quiet cool does an amazing job on the entire trailer. It's going to depend on the sustained temps you camp in...we've camped in some very hot/humid temps and never thought it couldn't keep up. We actually have had to turn it down. I would never consider putting a second unit on.

I just added a 2nd to my 296bhs. I should have ordered it with the 2nd one. My first trip with the trailer was to Moab and it was in the 80s but it took the single AC quite awhile to cool the trailer down when we got there. I think the single AC can keep it cool, but getting things cooled down is hard work. Then I feel tempted to leave the AC running when I'm not in the trailer in order to keep it cool.

Now that I have two, I have the option to cool the trailer down quickly and then turn off the 2nd unit.

I would order it and see if it can be ducted as well.

Get the 2nd by all means possible. Just returned from two weeks in Destin. One day we left our Crusader 294 in the morning with only the main AC left on 75, when returning in the afternoon, the best it could muster alone running non stop all day was 79 in the FL heat. Would turn on second unit, and would start dropping immediately. We left both running for the rest of the trip during the day. In the evening we always shut down the bedroom unit.
