Crusader 335BHS

I am looking at upgrading my 25' puma to the crusader 335BHS. Does anyone have any experience with this model or any other crusader fifth wheels

Hello SBREEN,

Yeah, we have a 335BHS Touring Edition - great family camper! We moved up from another Prime Time product, a Tracer 3150BHS. The 3150 was nice, but just didn't satisfy our needs for storage, space in the bedroom, and bathroom. So far, we couldn't be happier in our 335BHS. Our kids (8 & 4) love the bunk room, we put a tv in there for them, and there is plenty of room for all their junk. The pantry is one of the best features - tons of storage space and I even put my fishing gear in there (best wife ever )! I can say so far that there's actually more storage than we need... The bathroom works great, the bedroom is nice also with great storage as well. The single A/C unit kept our camper at 74 degrees on a recent sunny 85+ degree humid day with no issues. The outside kitchen is great - keeps the beer, I mean drinks, outside where I am and allows us to spend more time outside rather than inside cooking. I tow it with the truck in my sig - a 2011 F350 diesel with a Pullrite Superglide - tows very well, much better than the 3150 bumper pull.

My only gripes so far would be the mattress in our bedroom - I think the floor is more comfortable ! We put a topper on it which definitely helped. My other complaint is that it has two separate 35g gray tanks - one for the shower/bathroom sink, and one for the kitchen & outside kitchen sink. We camp mostly in state parks with electric only, so we don't use the shower and there's minimal usage of the bathroom sink. The galley gray will fill up much faster from washing dishes, etc., but the other gray tank will be almost empty. So, I added another waste valve at the end of the dump pipe and keep both gray valves open to allow the tanks to equalize giving me a full 70g of gray storage.

Let me know if you have any questions, it's a great coach! There are other owners on here who I'm sure will add more info soon...

Cheers!

Thanks for all the info I'm about 6'1" will I be able to stand up in the front of the camper by the word robe closet.
And for washing dishes we have to large plastic tubs (round) you can get them at wal-mart we set up a table on the other side of camper and wash dishes outside and don't worry about filling up the grey tanks. We go camping with 3+ campers and we use a lot of dishes and this works great set up by the outdoor shower.
What part of the states do you live. We are in Louisiana

We normally camp where they have some small ditches or swells so we dump there or just on the ground away from the camper
