Crusader 5ver Window Weep Holes

I have a 2016 Crusader 315 5ver with a large rear window over the rear couch. The window has weep holes at the bottom which are open. It also has weep holes at the top which still have the plugs in them. My question is do other Crusader owners have the same and should they be removed? No other windows on the unit have weep holes in the top of the windows only the larger rear one.

Have a Lacrosse with a large rear window. Weep holes on bottom and plugs on the top weep holes. I keep my top ones plugged.
