Crusader radio ghost

It's happening again......soundbar radio turns itself on....happened when we first got the 5er then stopped. Anyone else have this? Any fixes?

Never had that with our crusader but my tv turns on in the middle of the night pretty religiously. I'd say at least once a trip out. Scares the living day lights out of me when your sleeping.

I had that problem. What I did was set it to DVDs then turn it off. It never turned itself on again.

I've learned to mute it before going to bed. At least now when it turns on and I wake up there's no sudden noise to alarm me.

I did that and found a dvd playing when we returned a week later.

look for a timer. I've heard of people having this issue on other forums and it is usually an alarm setting on the radio.

There is no timer/alarm type thing on this unit.

Has anyone replaced the unit with something similar/better? If so what? I did a search and didn't really come up with anything.

Only thing I could do is change it to the "aux 1" which of course I have nothing hooked up to

Pt replaced my rca with a toshiba bar and external dvd. No radio. I was fine with that. The rca was pretty junky with static hum etc.

Mine was swapped out with another type as well. Has Bluetooth but no integrated DVD. It works perfectly. The original was garbage.
