Delamination???

Went to the storage compartment (drivers side) this morning and noticed these bubbles in the sidewall of our 2012 318BHS Touring Edition. Is this the dreaded delamination? The trailer is only 15 months old and we've never had a water leak. What can I do??

Sure looks like water damage, thats not normal wear, You should contact your dealer or FR soonest.

X2...we had some 2 years ago on the wall of a slide out. The dealer replaced the wall, that FR sent, in their shop.

Yep, we had this on our Jayco Eagle on the outside kitchen hatch. The 2 year warranty covered it and our dealer replaced the hatch and the matching decals. As soon as we got it back I took clear silicone sealant and carefully filled all the gaps around the frame and latches. I took the hinge screws out and filled the holes with silicon and put the screws back in. I didn't have any trouble past that point.
