Dometic RM1350 - Smell Burner Exhaust in Coach

We have a 2016 Lacrosse 327RES with the RM1350 four door fridge. The fridge is in the slide on the left side that also contains the sofa sleeper. When running on Propane, we can smell the exhaust (not propane, but the burnt gas smell) in the coach. I checked the top vent and did not see a fan there to exhaust and vent the air and burner fumes to the outside. My question - is it normal for that smell (it's not overwhelming) due to the fridge being in the slide and not having a roof vent? Should there be a fan in the top vent (similar to the fans near the lower vent)?

Have the same fridge in the slide of my Lacrosse. Never smelled any burnt gas inside and no other fans then the 2 lower ones on ours.

Hi I ordered and received my 2015 V Lite this spring on our first outing had the same problem with fumes and fridge smelling hot. I checked out the heat exchanger on the out side of the fridge in the slide out and found that the ventilation fans that were installed were installed upside down. The fans were blowing down not up. In the last physics class I had way back when heat rises. I removed all the junk wood that they used as a baffle to help direct the air through the heat exchanger. I remove the screws from the fans turned them over and reinstalled. Restarted the fridge the fans started when the temp switch made and blew cool air up which was heated by the heat exchanger and out the top vent of the slide out. I fixed this my self as the dealer would have taken the trailer and I would not have got it back for 1-2 months. after I got this deep into it I replaced the loud fans that came with the fridge with 3 computer fans and an aluminum baffle.

Hope this helps Tim
