Ok., we have checked to make sure all the wiring connectors are right (they are) replaced the battery and thermostat, paid money to an "RV" repair man and no fix yet for the AC. Our last hope is to see if it is the circuit board. Does it just clip in or do we need to take out the whole gray box the wires are connected into?

You will most likely need to replace control module as well. Not sure if they sell it seperate but you can get whole kit for less than $100 on ebay.

Dometic Single Control Kit LCD Cool Furnance Black Thermostat 3313189 015 | eBay

That controller has plugs for controller wires, freeze sensor etc but the main 110v in it is hardwired.

We replaced the circuit board and went ahead and replaced the wires with the new Ines that came with it. AC is working fine now. Thanks for everyone's help!
