emergency roadside assistance

Has anyone had to use the emergency road side assistance program provided by prime time rv? If so what were your results?

If you are refering to Coach Net I had to use it, This was nothing major but I had a valve go bad on one of my tires so I called Coach Net. I spent some time on hold while they got things done but I was on the road in about an hour or so. They found a tire service that was close to my location which was fortunate for me. I ended up having to pay $27.00 out of pocket but since my trailer was under warranty Prime Time refunded me the money. I'm not a member but I guessing it's alot like using AAA.
