Factory Service at the FROG Rally Elkhart

Trying to get an answer if we can have a 2nd a/c unit installed at the Primetime Factory before/during/or after the FROG Rally. We have a 2018 297 RSK Crusader. Next year we are heading out west and believe it will be beneficial to have the 2nd a/c unit. It is prewired for the 2nd a/c unit in the bedroom. We purchased our Crusader at the Tampa RV Show In January. We stayed in it for two months. So far no major issues. We are very pleased with the Crusader. This is our 3 Forest River RV and we are very happy with Forest River. This will be our 4th trip to FROG and we learn something every time we attend. Plus we love Bob and Cyndy and love being with our FROG Friends.

If someone could point me to whom I need to speak with regarding the 2nd a/c installation. It would be appreciated. I did list it on my service request as a question as well.

You probably will not get the installation done by PT at the factory. They may refer you to Recreational Specialties located right next door to their assembly plant on Rt. 19 in Wakarusa, IN. They are very thorough.

Thank you for your reply. I will contact them in the morning and get a quote and see if we can get this done while we are at the Rally. We will be heading West and just concerned one a/c unit will not be enough.

No problem. We had some warranty work that couldn't be handled at the rally done after the rally in 2015. And, last year I had seals replaced & disc brakes installed while passing through on our trip out west.

I had Recreational Specialties install a combo washer/dryer last year while at the rally. Had an appointment and took the trailer over to them. They installed it the same day while we went on the factory tour.
