Feedback from Crusader 295RST Owners.

We're picking up the new 295RST tomorrow and would sincerely appreciate feedback/advice/suggestions/tips/war stories from other 295RST folks.

Thanks in advance...

Good luck and be sure to come back and let us know how it goes. Our new 295RST has been built and should be on it's way to our dealer now.

We had a very good day picking up the new unit. It towed like a dream and we had lots of fun putting everything in its place when we got back to the house. Another day or two getting acquainted here at the house, then, unfortunately, we must move it to the POA RV storage facility until our first planned outing in mid-April. Very impressed with the fit and trim. If I could add one thing it would be to upgrade to the 16" tires/wheels. Someday, maybe...

Best of luck to you. Please give us an update when you pick yours up...

Scratch, thanks for the update! Happy to hear that it worked out for you.

Luckily we had negotiated 16" tires as an upgrade with our unit.

One concern I have about ours is having enough cabinetry for glassware and plates/bowls. Have you found this an issue?

We have confirmed that our unit shipped from the factory last week and should be at our dealer late this week or early the next.

Must admit we found storage somewhat limited compared to our last TT. In our case, we are able to adapt easily. I say this as DW remarks she will take her turn in restocking the new 'Lonesome Dove' with her utensils and such tomorrow!

Can't emphasize how happy we are with this well-crafted 5er!! We commend Prime-Time and Forest River for an excellent product...
