Yesterday our fireplace shut down and came up wit an E3 error, Unfortunately I received no manual with this unit. I have been in the Document section and did not see the model which is 36ll10GRGH, any help would be appreciated thank You Frank

I can't find anything with that model number. Is there a mfg. name on the unit?

The only thing I can find about E3 errors on rv fireplaces is that it's in over-ride. try pressing the heater icon for ten seconds and see if that resets it.

I just called about a observation camera issue last week and they sent me a replacement under warranty.

Found it!!!

It's a Classic Flame 36II100GRG.

E3 means that it overheated. The remedy is to unplug it for 30 minutes and let it reset. Be sure to check and make sure something isn't blocking the inlets or outlets that would cause the overheat problem.
