Maybe I am doing something wrong (I hope so) there is not an av input on the outside? Just cable? Our old camper (a Forest River Toy Hauler) had cable and AV inputs outside so we could watch a DVD on the outside hook ups - although we don't do this very often but comes in handy when tired parents need a break -
Pop in a DVD for a few and we all get a little break from biking hiking and so on.
So am I missing something ? Any suggestions? Besides running Extra long cables outside?

Mine just has the antenna hook up outside, so you can't use the Jensen DVD player or the outside speakers when you set the tv up outside.
I purchased an inexpensive DVD player and use it to play movies outside.
Luvtocamp - your outside TV hook-up is for cable only and does not allow you to watch a DVD from your inside DVD player. As Gary said above, our thought is people would hook their video games or DVD player directly to the TV once positioned on the outside.
One of the reasons we actively participate in the forum is to continue learning about our customers' desires and expectations, so thanks for sharing. Sorry this was a disappointment to you.
I use the outside speakers with a satellite receiver. Just hook audio in from Jensen to Satellite receiver audio out, but then run a long video out to the TV outside through bedroom window. Not ideal, but it works. Could probably do the same with DVD player.
i ran a cable off a spitter in the bedroom ran the new cable through a cabinet down through the floor and outside sealed everything up putup a new indoor outdoor plate so now i can watch outsie anytime mostly duing nfl preseason not this year
