FM Antenna

The radio reception on my RCA home theater is terrible. No roof antenna...just a short length wire behind the radio. Has anyone rigged a workable antenna. Its a 2012 Crusader.

I had the same issue on my first truck camper. The previous owner had rigged several very long wires in and under the camper. I got the cheapest car antenna from Radio shack and plugged it in and zip tied it horizontally in the space behind the radio. Worked fantastic, great selection and reception in all conditions. Cost about $10.

Good idea. Since it did not show... Could use a length of 12-2 wire and solder the radio lead wire to it.

Mine was pulled down into the void with the sub-woofer. I used a 3M sticker and attached it to the luan behind the TV. It is a black wire and it is dark in there so I can't notice it. It did make a difference.
