Galley grey water valve broke Crusader

I have a 2012 crusader and thought I would mention this flaw or poor quality control issue.

Our second grey water tank valve handle comes out of a small hole in the frame just in front of the tires. Didn't notice but it actually rests a bit on the metal and there is duct work inside that puts a little pressure.

Last trip went to empty and the handle broke. It seems while driving it's been rubbing and cut through.

I fixed it and I now have the valve handle straight down. I realized they actually bent the rod a bit to make it line up with that hole.

Any way. Take a look and make sure it's not rubbing or same might happen to you!

Safe travels.

Rob

Thanks for the heads up.....

Year, brand, model it matters little anything that moves or can be moved needs to be looked at.

Not sure if the picture. Worked. It's the small opening which is where the rod was before.
