Got my camper back

Well I made the trip back to Mcclains RV in Ft Worth to pick up my Crusader. I can't believe it is the same trailer I dropped off a week and a half ago! They did a fantastic job, can't believe I just said that. But they did, with the help of everyone at Prime Time they got the right parts, and fixed it the right way. Everything seems to work like it should, and it looks as good as it did 7 months ago when we bought it. Looks like we are a go for a trip to Big Bend National Park in two weeks. Thanks again to everyone at Prime Time, and Sam and David at Mcclains for taking care of this.

That's great news and I'm glad that McClains finally got you fixed up correctly. Also good to hear that PT stepped in and assisted them in the proper repair.
The best thing is that now you can relax and go camping! Don't forget to take plenty of pics and post 'em when you get back.

Good to hear that you problems have been resolved. Great to see PT's involvement on this forum...to step up and help out. They seem to understand that happy customers are your best advertising. Too bad some of the other Forest River divisions don't see it this way.
