Thumbs up Great customer service!!!

We all to often hear when customer service is lacking. Most of the time it is justified, so I thought I might share what I experienced this evening.

I went out to load some things for our trip this weekend. I punched in the code on the keypad, the keypad lit up, but it wouldn't unlock the door. I was really bummed, brand new trailer and I love this feature. No more fumbling with those cheap keys and one less set of keys to keep up with at the campground. (of course the tt came with keys so I can still lock and unlock the tt)

So somewhere around 7:30 this evening, central time, I go to Prime Time's web site. They have a page where you can contact them with any problem or ask any type of question about their trailers. AT 8:26pm I received an email explaining that 99 times out of 100 it's usually the battery in the keypad that goes bad. So simple fix, replace the battery.

I wasn't expecting to hear back from them until tomorrow at the earliest. I am pleasently surprised that they have staff working during the evening to help customers with their problems. Looks like Prime Time is trying to make improvements in all areas of rv manufacturing.

I looked at their 5th wheels and their 320 is a "first choice" as my next camper.

Had the opportunity to contact Brandon at PT. I had been looking for a VESA 200 X 100 mount for the back of my LG flatscreen so I could hang it in the bedroom. My dealer wanted $75 to order a mount (I think they were ordering a complete wall mount assembly just to get the TV side for what I needed). I called another dealer and they want me to send pictures of the wall plate. All they had to do is go out to a unit on their lot and see what kind of mount it is.
Anyway, back to Brandon. my conversation was very pleasant and he was very knowlegable. He knew exactly what I was trying to get and even thought they had the VESA 200 X 100 adaptor plate and mount in stock. So, needless to say, for a mere $6.95 + shipping, I feel confident I'll get my mount that I've been looking for for the last 6 months. I'll let everyone know for sure when it gets here.

What's up with the swivel chairs on the back
wall but the entertainment center is 90 degrees
away on a side wall

I want my chair or couch to FACE the TV.
As my dear old mom used to say "I don't have
eyes in the side of my head"!

The TV is angled towards the back wall and the couch is directly acrossed from the ET. Besides, the chairs are not connected to floor and can be moved where ever you want and they swivel. Regardless the TV is in plain view.

Sorry, I was confused by the
"air mattress hide a bed" thing.
I guess that's a couch?

Yeah, they're a couch with an air mattress for extra bed space. They've become common in recent years. Some have had problems with the mattress getting pinched when the couch is folded causing leaks, but the one in my LaCrosse is designed differently and doesn't look like that will be a problem.
Our grand kids like sleeping on it and our DIL has slept on it a few times and says it is comfortable.

We take the air bed off when not in use and store it in the drawer underneath. We also found the pillow backs to be way 2 thick and hard so we restuffed them with king sized bed pillows. Its nice and comfy now. In fact I'm sitting on it right now..lol!!

Well. nobody should be disappointed when dealing with PT. Brandon York is the best!!!!!! I received my television mount for the back of my spare LG flatscreen on Friday, just 2 days after speaking to Brandon. It was exactly what I had been looking for and nobody else could find (and for only $6.18 total cost). That's amazing customer service!
If PT can keep up this level of customer service as they grow, on this personal level, they will soon be the only RV company worth buying from!!

I agree. If continued maybe they will force the competition to do the same.
Solving problems quickly and correctly is invaluable, but just knowing that you have a company that will be there when you need them to help in any way they can, well that's priceless.

Another positive warranty experience. Missing a towel bar, TP holder and the sink covers were different thicknesses making a non flush sink area with covers on. Emailed prime time last night about 8:30pm, Brandon responded by 9:30 this morning telling me that the parts would be going out today! What a comfort knowing that this company stands behind their product.

Spoke with brandon this morning. Waiting on a call back from the dealer to schedule the plumbing repairs on my black/gray drains. Too bad every company's not this good.

If PT continues as they have been, I should think they will be #1 in RV's this year. Never seen so much attention to customers. Way to GO Prime Time!

It's nice to see that owners of other FR divisions are noticing what we PT owners are experiencing.

I'm not saying that PT makes a perfect trailer, who does? But I am very confident in their construction materials and workmanship as well as their testing of each trailer. The customer service they provide is just icing on the cake.

What few problems I have found on my tt are very minor and PT has taken care of them quickly and correctly. It seems they are determinend not to let small problems turn into big ones.
