Has Sanibel frame flex issue been eradicated by 2016 model year?

After reading about this issue...very hesitant about buying one without knowing if this issue has been dealt with/eradicated.

I'd say pretty much yes. I've seen less mention about this issue recently especially from about the 2014's & newer.

Possibly so....I had read about even some 2015s having the flex issues.

What is the company that made the frames that flexed?

Are there other companies that don't have the frame flex issue?

I had the upper frame flex issue on my 2013 3500 Sanibel. The frame was manufactured by Lippert, who also repaired the frame. No issues since. I believed they had a lot of frames that were used on 2013-2014,and maybe early 2015 models. Should of been corrected by now, but I cannot be positive. My problem didn't show up until I had several thousand miles of road travel. For those weekend warriors, you may not see this issue for several years.
